What do I get with the Free Trial?
Everything! You get all the features that you get with the paid plan, during the 30-day Free Trial Period.
What does ‘No Per-user Fees’ mean?
You pay one flat fee whether you have 10 or a 1000 users. As your business grows, your Ekam budget remains fixed.
What happens when the 30-day Free Trial is up? Will you charge us?
We do not take your credit card up-front. If you like Ekam for your organization, you can then subscribe and then we will ask for your credit card.
At any time during the trial period or at the end of the trial period, If you wouldn’t like to continue, you can click the Cancel button and your account is then canceled.
What if we need more than 30 days to evaluate Ekam?
If you haven’t opted for a paid subscription by the time your trial ends, please let us know if you would like an extension. We can help you.
Is there any limit on the number of users or number of workgroups or project teams on Ekam?
You can have as many users and as many workgroups/ project teams. All at one price.

Where are Ekam servers located?
Ekam servers are located in Amazon’s AWS data centers within AWS’s us-east-1 region, in Northern Virgina, United States.

Can you describe your storage architecture?
Ekam Customer Data is primarily stored in the multi-modal database, DSE 5.x from Datastax.
DSE delivers a full multi-model platform based on Apache Cassandra with support for tabular, key-value, JSON, and graph models along with built-in workload management that enables analytics, search, and in-memory operations within the same database.
How is data protected within Ekam?
Ekam is deployed in a Virtual Private Cloud with ALL DATA in military-grade encryption. Both data in motion and data at rest are encrypted with 256-bit AES.
We constantly monitor new security vulnerabilities as they emerge, and do everything that is required to respond successfully to these vulnerabilities.
